  • Processing Time: All orders are prepared and handed over to the courier within  max 48 business hours after payment. However, during high-demand periods (Black Friday, holidays, promotions), processing times may be slightly extended.
  • Shipping Costs: Costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the delivery address and applicable rates.
  • Delivery Times: Delivery times vary depending on the destination and the selected courier. NunchiShop is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
  • Shipping Responsibility: Once the package has been handed over to the courier, NunchiShop is not liable for loss, damage, or delays. In case of issues, customers should contact the courier directly using the provided tracking number.
  • We Ship Across Europe: We deliver to all European countries. To view shipping costs, please enter your exact delivery address at checkout for accurate calculations.

Returns & Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product under the following conditions:

  • Return Period: You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return the item.
  • Product Conditions:
    • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
    • Returns will not be accepted for products that have been opened, used, or that lack their original security seal (if applicable).
    • For hygiene and safety reasons, cosmetic and personal care products cannot be returned unless defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • Return Procedure: Contact us at info@nunchishop.eu with your order number and, if necessary, product photos. We will provide detailed return instructions.
  • Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or there was an error in the order.
  • Return Refusal: We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above criteria. In such cases, the item will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
  • Refund Process:
    • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
    • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
    • Initial shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
